Shipping Policy International

All products are shipped using international courier delivery services. The customer must cover a shipping fee based on international courier shipping rates. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination country. Delivery time will depend on the delivery destination and internal procedures of multinational courier delivery services. And note that all delivery times are estimated and that questions related to the delivery should be addressed to a respective courier delivery service.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Items should wherever possible be returned in their original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please return the item in non-transparent packaging of your choice.

Please send an email to info@fi-exhaust.com indicating a reason for the return and if you prefer an exchange/refund. In the email tittle include product name and “return”. Furthermore, a client should provide his/her contact details and proof of purchase/invoice.

All orders can be returned for an exchange/refund to Frequency Intelligent Exhaust offices.

The shipping fee cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we don not accept any responsibility for returned good until they have been received at our offices.

Please check your return tracking information to see if we have received your return. Once received please allow 7-10 working days for the return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed with a new tracking number for exchanged goods or a refund receipt.

We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.

If an item is received by our team and does not meet the terms and conditions of our return policy, the item can be returned to you. However, the shipping fee cost is the responsibility of the customer.
