Shipping Policy International

All products are shipped using international courier delivery services. The customer must cover a shipping fee based on international courier shipping rates. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination country. Delivery time will depend on the delivery destination and internal procedures of multinational courier delivery services. And note that all delivery times are estimated and that questions related to the delivery should be addressed to a respective courier delivery service.

Limited Warranty for Exhaust Products

We offer manufacturers 1 Year limited warranty and condition.  The warranty won’t be valid if the defect was caused by customer’s abuse, negligence, or mishandling. The customer is responsible for any return shipping if it is not related to warranty claims. No labor or inconvenience may be included in warranty claims.

Disclaimer for Exhaust Products

For owners in search of the maximum in power output and weight reduction, we offer downpipes with Catless / Racing 100 Cell / Sport 200 Cell catalytic converter versions. When installing FI aftermarket downpipes developed for use on closed tracks only, remapping the ECU is mandatory to prevent potentially triggering check engine light (CEL).


Unboxing Policy for Exhaust Products

We offer a 7-day warranty claim policy after the product is received. If there are any scratches, dents on the product or missing parts found before installation, please contact Fi Exhaust or shipping company within 7 days for warranty claims (Recording of the damaged package is required). Receipt should be denied immediately if the box is seriously damaged upon arrival. Shipping costs and repair fee will be charged if the 7-day warranty is expired.

Return Policy for for Exhaust Products

"We only accept product returns when customer ordered wrong parts and 20% restocking fee will be charged from the purchasing amount. All returns should retain Fi packaging, the box, and all box paddings. Customers who ordered wrong products are responsible for the shipping cost and returns the original package within 30 days after receiving the shipment.

Refurbishment fee will be charged if products are not in original condition. The return of used exhaust systems will be denied. 

Exhaust Fitment 

Please be aware that ensuring compatibility between the selected exhaust product and your car model is solely the responsibility of the car owner. If you have any questions or concerns about exhaust fitment for your specific car model, please don't hesitate to contact our representative by sending an email to Additionally, please note that in the event of a return, handling fees will not be reimbursed.

Return Policy for Lifestyle Accessories

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a lifestyle accessory, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Items should wherever possible be returned in their original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please return the item in non-transparent packaging of your choice unused.

Please send an email to indicating a reason for the return and if you prefer an exchange/refund. In the email tittle include product name and “return”. Furthermore, a client should provide his/her contact details and proof of purchase/invoice.

All orders can be returned for an exchange/refund to Frequency Intelligent Exhaust offices.

The shipping fee cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we do not accept any responsibility for returned goods until they have been received at our offices.

Please check your return tracking information to see if we have received your return. Once received please allow 7-10 working days for the return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed with a new tracking number for exchanged goods or a refund receipt.

We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.

If an item is received by our team and does not meet the terms and conditions of our return policy, the item can be returned to you. However, the shipping fee cost is the responsibility of the customer.
