Shipping Policy International

All products are shipped via international courier services. If an item is not in stock, please allow an additional 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch. Once shipped, international transit typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and the procedures of the courier service.


Shipping fees are calculated based on international courier rates and vary by destination country. All delivery dates provided are estimates only. All items shipped internationally may incur import duties, taxes (including VAT) and other charges upon entering your destination country. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes levied on the delivery of their orders, and for all charges related to returning products to our office if necessary.


Frequency Intelligent Exhaust Co. Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier handling, or other factors beyond our control. Customers should direct any delivery-related inquiries to the assigned courier service.

Limited Warranty for Exhaust Products

We provide a manufacturer’s limited warranty valid for one (1) year from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation.

The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from customer abuse, negligence, mishandling, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on claims that are not related to a verified warranty issue. Labor charges, installation costs, or other incidental expenses are not covered under this warranty.

Disclaimer for Exhaust Products

For those of you that demand the maximum in power output and weight reduction, we offer an optional downpipe with High Flow Catless / Racing 100 cell / Sport 200 cell system.


When installing FI aftermarket down pipe with High Flow Catless / Racing 100 cell / Sport 200 cell system, which are developed for use on closed tracks only, remapping the ECU is mandatory. 


When installing FI aftermarket exhaust system that was developed for use on closed tracks, we recommend remapping the ECU in order to prevent potential check engine light (CEL) warning signals turning on.

Return Policy for Exhaust Products


Customers are required to inspect all products immediately upon delivery. If an item is received with scratches, dents, or missing parts prior to installation, Fi EXHAUST must be notified within 30 days of delivery for warranty claims. All claims must be supported with clear photographic evidence of the product and its packaging. If the shipping box arrives in a severely damaged condition, customers are advised to refuse delivery and notify Fi EXHAUST immediately.


Product returns are accepted only when the customer has ordered incorrect parts. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of shipment. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. Returned products must include the original Fi EXHAUST packaging, including the box and all protective padding. If items are returned without their original packaging or in less than original condition, a refurbishing fee will be charged.


Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs in cases where the wrong product was ordered. Used or installed products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Exhaust Fitment 

Please be aware that ensuring compatibility between the selected exhaust product and your car model is solely the responsibility of the car owner. If you have any questions or concerns about exhaust fitment for your specific car model, please don't hesitate to contact our representative by sending an email to inquired@fi-exhaust.com. Additionally, please note that in the event of a return, handling fees will not be reimbursed.

Return Policy for Lifestyle Accessories

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a lifestyle accessory, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Items should wherever possible be returned in their original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please return the item in non-transparent packaging of your choice unused.

Please send an email to inquired@fi-exhaust.com indicating a reason for the return and if you prefer an exchange/refund. In the email tittle include product name and “return”. Furthermore, a client should provide his/her contact details and proof of purchase/invoice.

All orders can be returned for an exchange/refund to Frequency Intelligent Exhaust offices.

The shipping fee cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we do not accept any responsibility for returned goods until they have been received at our offices.

Please check your return tracking information to see if we have received your return. Once received please allow 7-10 working days for the return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed with a new tracking number for exchanged goods or a refund receipt.

We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.

If an item is received by our team and does not meet the terms and conditions of our return policy, the item can be returned to you. However, the shipping fee cost is the responsibility of the customer.
